Is there a rate limit on calls to the API service?
Yes, currently set at 300 requests per 300 seconds (5 minutes) per user account. The count resets each 300 seconds on a per Organisation user account basis.
I am getting the error 'Unable to complete the request'
Please follow the steps below to resolve this:
Step 1
Copy the request URI onto your clipboard.

Step 2
Open up a new browser window and paste the URI. Open advanced and click 'Proceed to api.nzgd.org.nz'.

Step 3
Once you see a page like the screenshot below, you can now go back to the API page to send the request.
